Maintenance Reliability Manager
The Maintenance Reliability Manager would oversee all maintenance activities for a large manufacturing plant that is going through an expansion as well as leading machine process development. This person will lead a team of 50+ people with 7 direct reports.
Candidates must have at least an Associates degree to be considered and preference is coming from consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Paper experience would be preferred but not required.
Looking for someone who is a strong, hands on leader that can coach, mentor, and develop people with strong industrial maintenance, reliability, and project management experience. Must have a proven track record of setting up PM programs and making improvements when needed. The person needs to have experience managing a spare parts inventory and looking for maintenance management experience and not facilities management.
