All positions are Temp-to-Hire opportunities for the right candidates.

Quality Control Technician

Pay Rate: Up to $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Summary

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for testing finished products, in-process materials, incoming components, and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. This individual will approve materials for production and shipment, place non-conforming materials on hold, maintain laboratory equipment, and accurately document all quality control activities and inspection results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required with equivalent relevant experience
• Experience implementing quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to distinguish color and rheological differences between acceptable and unacceptable materials

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout an entire shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• This is not a desk job
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height
• Ability to accurately identify colors across the spectrum
• Ability to work between multiple buildings
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, and perform repetitive movements

Quality Control Inspector

Pay Rate: Up to $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting finished products, raw materials, incoming materials, customer returns, and special requests. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers consistently receive high-quality products. The ideal candidate is comfortable working throughout the manufacturing operation, identifying and escalating quality concerns, and remaining on their feet throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

R&D Tech

Pay Rate: Up to $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

This role serves as technical support for the Engineering Department. They will make product fix off-spec products and support lab testing. Operates production equipment for Research and Development, Improve and execute quality control testing to support monitoring, measuring, training, and analysis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
