Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experience Radar Systems Equipment Specialist to work onsite at the Tobyhanna Army Depot. This position is part-time and requires a secret security clearance.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintaine advanced radar systems for surveillance, tracking, and target acquisition.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on radar transmitters, receivers, antennas, waveguides, and power distribution systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshot RF components and electronic circuits using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.

• Interpret and update technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

• Support depot-level maintenance operationsw within Production Engineering

Minimum Qualifications

• 7 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in realted field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant experience

• Hands on experience with radar system installation, diagnostics, and maintenance

• Understanding of military standards and specifications

• Clearance: A secret security clearance required

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
