Millcreek Manufacturing designs and builds premium farm equipment for customers worldwide—from athletic fields and golf courses, to vineyards, orchards, and all types of farms. What You'll Do as a Parts & Service Rep:

  • Handle incoming parts and service questions—calls, emails, texts, and the occasional walk-in.
  • Greet customers and help them find what they need.
  • Take orders and answer questions quickly and clearly.
  • Assist with light shipping and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Keep owner's manuals up to date.
  • Help create service videos—either yourself or by teaming up with marketing.
  • Build out our internal Wiki and website FAQs.
  • Manage the online parts store and keep it running smoothly.
  • Schedule & Join Service Calls primarily in-house, with local travel about once a month.
  • Collaborate with other departments—shipping, assembly, inventory, and sales—on occasional projects.
  • Work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 

Our Ideal Parts & Service Rep :

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service, parts counter, or service tech role, with a strong mechanical background; experience with hydraulics, electronics, or farm equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent Communicator: Comfortable with written and verbal communication—clear, professional, and solution-focused.
  • People-oriented: Enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a team.
  • Organized: Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball and keep things running smoothly.
  • Detail-focused: Stays accurate when handling part numbers, manuals, or technical info.
  • Collaborative: Works well across departments and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Resourceful: Interface between multiple departments to keep workflow organized and up to date.
  • Computer Savvy: Confident with basic computer programs (Google Suite or MS Office); experience with PDF editing or simple design tools is a bonus—but we're happy to train the right person.

  • $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
