Service Technician
Responsible for repairing and installing vending and office coffee equipment to promote continuous operation of the machines
Transport equipment, installs, replacement parts, and perform repairs using tools and other vending equipment at various accounts/ locations throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas using a company vehicle
Troubleshoot to retore malfunctioning machines to working order in the field
May include swapping failed equipment, cleaning and/ or minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component of the machine
Execute all established protocols for recrd keeping and documentation of activities associated with the performance of these duties
Maintain, organize, and stock sufficient repair parts and supplies
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers
communicate with service manager, back office support, operations, and sales staff
All Local locations - most work done in-house
Must have valid Drivers License and be willing to eventually get a DOT physical (paid for by the company)
