Construction Manager
Construction Management professionals needed in Conshohocken PA or Morristown NJ for a leading Engineering and Construction Project. Focused on a portfolio of construction projects spanning the Northeast, you will work with a team of experts to manage the scope, schedule and budget of large utility projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and have a bachelors degree in a related field. location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

salary: $47 - 65 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers with cost management of individual projects, the successful completion of the projects within the specified dates, and establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationship with the Owner, subcontractors, and any other project stakeholders.
- Vet the initial scope received and develop a project work plan with Engineering & Client Stakeholders
- Facilitate Pre-Construction and regular progress meetings
- Drive schedule and project progress during construction, oftentimes on-site
- Complete pre-energization & closeout activities during project completion.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
