Commercial Lines Account Manager
One of the nation’s top privately held independent insurance brokers, consistently ranked among the leaders by business volume in construction and heavy-lift industries, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a large portfolio of clients. The firm is known for a team-driven, collaborative culture where individual contributions are visible and not lost inside a massive corporate structure.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll own and service a commercial book of business as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams, centered on renewals, coverage strategy, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a high volume commercial book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and client needs.
- Partner with Account Executives and internal analysts to deliver consistent service.
- Identify coverage gaps and negotiate with carriers to keep policies competitive and compliant.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience with the ability to run a desk independently.
- Experience in construction or industrial risks is helpful, but the firm will train on its specialty coverage..
