Licensed Counselor – W2 (Part-Time / Flexible)

About Us

At Summit Grove Counseling, we provide high-quality, client-focused mental health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Because we believe that mental health counseling should be available and accessible, we accept most commercial insurance plans. We work with adults 18 and older, to include college students. We see women struggling with anxiety, depression, postpartum concerns, relationships, and life transitions.

Our office is in the heart of Bryn Mawr, right off of Route 30.

We want you to love coming to work so we value clinician flexibility (work/life balance) and provide administrative and billing support so that you can focus on doing excellent clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to a diverse client population
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our secure EHR system
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions
• Complete administrative and documentation tasks related to client care (paid as part of your session-based compensation)
• Support practice growth and client retention through excellent clinical care

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license
• Strong clinical skills with adolescents and/or adults (depending on your clinical focus)
• Ability to see a minimum of 15 client sessions/week
• Includes at least 2 weekday evenings (as identified by 4-8 or 5-9 pm) and/or 1 weekend day (Saturday preferred)
• Majority in-person
• Reliable, professional, and committed to client care

Compensation & Benefits

• 50% reimbursement (insurance or private pay fees)
• Minimum 15 clients/week (part-time) with flexible scheduling
• CEU reimbursement/stipend
• Paid non-clinical time , including required team meetings and administrative/documentation time
