Forklift Operator - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 18.00/hour - Carlisle, PA
- AllSearch Recruiting has a client looking for a Forklift Operator in Carlisle, PA. This client is a values-driven organization committed to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and count product. This role supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate powered industrial equipment to load and unload product
- Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory accurately
- Use handheld RF scanning devices to track product movement
- Complete equipment inspections prior to operation and report issues immediately
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Compensation:
- Base salary to 18.00/hour plus full benefits
