Manage the rebar portion of large construction projects, ensuring that steel is detailed correctly, fabricated on time, and delivered to the job site in sync with the construction schedule while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of drafters to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee design work for new projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Independently manage projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to align project timelines and deliverables.

Work is conducted in the office with no remote or hybrid flexibility. The company offers long-term job security due to its specialized work and involvement with the Department of Transportation projects, which are well-funded due to the current emphasis on infrastructure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
