Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC credential required (SLP-CFY applicants may be considered if direct onsite supervision is available)
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery is valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and documentation for school-based therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and district guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
• Flexibility to manage varied caseloads and age groups as assigned
