Senior Software Engineer (ReactJS/NodeJS)

Job Description

We are hiring for a two Senior Developers with strong experience collaborating across cross functional teams to ensure project goals are successfully met. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements, refining technical details, and contributing to design and implementation efforts. Developers will participate in team standups, provide progress updates, and communicate any blockers. Additional expectations include maintaining documentation, performing quality checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while keeping clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. The focus of these roles is delivering accurate, efficient solutions that align with organizational standards and timelines. This role contains a significant amount of new feature development and ongoing enhancements, so we are seeking developers who can partner closely with the team and contribute effectively and proactively.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer ( 80% front end, 20% back end)

• Strong React, JavaScript, TypeScript fundamentals - Add and refine UI elements (components, menus, buttons)

• Experience with Node.js for backend development, including building APIs and integrating with databases

• Git based workflow, code reviews, and Agile collaboration - AI/RAG experience: calling an LLM/RAG/AI endpoint from the UI and handling responses
