Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and Set Tables: Clear used dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables after guests leave. Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, glasses, napkins, and condiments before new guests arrive.
• Assist Servers: Help servers by refilling drinks, delivering food to tables, and providing additional service as needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Sweep or vacuum floors, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash bins in the dining area, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Stock Supplies: Ensure the restaurant has sufficient supplies like napkins, utensils, and condiments. Refill stations as necessary.
• Support Guests: Provide a welcoming experience by assisting guests with seating and responding to special requests.
• Monitor Dining Areas: Ensure all areas are well-maintained and free of clutter, and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Assist in Other Tasks: Help with food preparation, light cleaning in the kitchen, or any other tasks requested by management or staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (such as trays or stacks of dishes).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
