Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary, Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our Financial Services team!

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Temporary (Potential for permanent placement)
• April through July
• Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-12:00pm or 9:00am-1:00pm

Compensation: $16.00-$17.00/hour, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

• Maintaining AR and AP filing
• Stuffing envelopes and mailing invoices and checks
• Posting resident payments
• Scanning and attaching documents in ERP system
• Account reconciliations
• Basic month-end AR, AP, accounting tasks
• Data entry, Excel, ERP
• Overall administrative support

• High School diploma
• 2 yrs experience, mainly accounts receivable background
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, ERP)
• Basic math skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, residents, and visitors
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks
• Experience with not-for-profit accounting and/or health care a plus, but not required
