Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and producing snow plows, ensuring the assembly line and production processes operate smoothly. You will use hand and power tools to assist in these tasks, so prior experience with such tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce snow plows efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the assembly line and production processes.
• Use hand and power tools effectively to aid in assembly.
• Handle and move parts for snow plows as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adapt to a loud, dusty, and industrial work setting.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and general labor.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with industrial settings.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Kingstown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
