Happy Monday Hospitality is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our growing restaurant group.

We're searching for a leader who genuinely enjoys hospitality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and believes that great restaurants are built by investing in people. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed while maintaining high standards for service, operations, and team culture.

Our General Managers are trusted to lead their restaurants as if they were their own. We value autonomy, accountability, and leaders who are committed to creating an environment where both employees and guests feel cared for.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly staff.
• Drive a positive, accountable team culture.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and financial performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently.
• Collaborate with ownership and fellow leaders to improve systems and grow the business.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred).
• Leads with confidence, humility, and consistency.
• Is organized and follows through.
• Communicates clearly and directly.
• Stays calm under pressure.
• Enjoys mentoring and developing others.
• Understands both the hospitality side and the business side of restaurants.
