Job DescriptionRequired Experience
- 12+ years of overall experience with strong technical depth and enterprise program leadership.
- -Hands-on understanding of Java, Python, .NET, C++, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL, and Power BI .
- Strong background in testing strategy, quality engineering, and automation frameworks .
- Experience participating in architecture, database, and security discussions .
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level testing or quality transformation initiatives .
Preferred Experience
- Experience with JMeter and performance testing .
- Mainframe exposure .
- Financial services industry background .
- Experience with Selenium, Zephyr, JIRA, and modern test management tools .
