We are seeking a talented and certified Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and other esthetic services. The Certified Lash Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality lash services while maintaining a clean and welcoming salon atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety
• Provide additional esthetic skill is a plus
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
• Educate clients on lash aftercare and product recommendations
• Upsell retail products effectively to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Engage with clients through social media platforms to promote services and special offers
• Assist with guest services at the front desk, including scheduling, greeting clients, and managing inquiries
• Stay current on industry trends related to eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and other esthetic services

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology/esthetics license or certification in eyelash extension application from an accredited program
• Proven experience with eyelash extensions; additional skills
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with social media, marketing, and advertising
• Ability to maintain high sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos preferred
• Management experience or leadership qualities are desirable for potential supervisory roles
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
