We're seeking a competitive, driven, and coachable individual to join our North District team as an Orthopedic Surgical Sales Representative (Associate) supporting the greater Pittsburgh area.

About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the region's most established orthopedic sales teams while learning alongside experienced Arthrex Technology Consultants, Medical Education Specialists, and Sales Representatives.
As an Associate Representative, you'll support orthopedic surgeons throughout the greater Pittsburgh area by providing technical expertise in the operating room, assisting with case coverage, and helping deliver exceptional service to our customers. As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll take on increased responsibility for surgeon relationships, territory development, and business growth.

What You'll Do
- Provide technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, surgery centers, and hospital staff.
- Become an expert on the Arthrex product portfolio through hands-on clinical experience.
- Introduce innovative technologies and educate customers on Arthrex products.
- Assist with inventory management, case preparation, and surgical logistics.
- Support new product launches and territory growth initiatives.
- Participate in surgeon education programs, team meetings, and customer events.
- Continuously develop your clinical and sales expertise through ongoing education and mentorship.

Preferred Qualifications Include
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of B2B sales, medical sales, healthcare, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Former collegiate athletes, military veterans, athletic trainers, nurses, and healthcare professionals are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to think critically and remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career
