JOB INFO:
Pay Grade & Range: K – Yearly $89,000 - $119,000: This range is to represent compensation for an individual’s base salary. Total compensation is based on salary plus applicable commissions. Starting base salary is based on skills and experience, geographic location, and is at the discretion of the hiring supervisor.
Status: This is a full-time; salaried position. Candidate MUT live within assigned region.

JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Coldspring’s products and services within a specific geographic area. Their primary responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. This role requires effective communication, sales skills, and a deep understanding of the products and services they represent to drive regional sales growth.
This position has the assigned territory of West Pennsylvania, Upper New York state, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, and the Canadian provinces Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Achieve the annual and long-range net order goals for the territory.
- Generating and qualifying leads and opportunities.
- Leverage marketing materials to generate additional opportunities for Coldspring.
- Promotion and selling of all product and service offerings that Coldspring provides.
- Present to industry and customer groups to position product and service offerings.
- Introduce new products, penetrate new markets and increase business with current and new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop short and long range plans for the territory in terms of net orders, pricing, travel and entertainment, marketing requirements and utilization of time.
- Development of effective sales and marketing plans and budgets.
- Generate strong return on investment by maximizing sales and managing costs.
- Managing accounts/sales pipeline and following documentation standards in the CRM.
- Work on developing both existing and new accounts for profitable growth.
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous learning development in the area of product, technical knowledge, and sales process.
- Position Coldspring brand through active involvement in industry associations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of industry related experience and sales training
- Must have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Individual must be a self-starter and demonstrate skill in directing and motivating performance in their organization to accomplish its goals and be able to manage multiple tasks under a variety of conditions.
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and visitors.
** This position requires a minimum of 50% of the individual’s time to be traveling to customer sites, industry conventions, and shows while conducting in a professional and ethical manner while also maintaining a home-based office within the assigned territory. This is a remote position, but applicant MUST live within assigned territory. **
