Junior PM/Project Coordinator (Completion)
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior PM/Project Coordinator (Completion) in Philadelphia, PA. Key Tasks:
- Manage reconciliation and migration completion activities
- Track and manage migration failures, assigning issues to appropriate subject matter experts
- Monitor issue resolution and SLA performance
- Support user verification and certification tracking
- Oversee reconciliation status and validate migration results through testing
- Manage documentation and status tracking in SharePoint or similar tools
- Own migration processes, including ticket submission, issue resolution workflows, and status reporting
- Coordinate communication plans and provide clear updates to stakeholders
- Experience supporting projects involving system migrations, reconciliations, or data transitions
- Strong issue tracking and coordination skills, including working with SMEs and technical teams
- Understanding of reconciliation and testing concepts
- Experience managing documentation, status tracking, or shared repositories
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage processes end-to-end and follow defined workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
