Director of Reinsurance Administration

• Responsible for management oversight of the day-to-day administration of reinsurance
• Internal lead for reinsurer audits
• Participation/oversight on special projects as needed
• Strong annuity and life product knowledge

Profile Description:

• Manage functionality of reinsurance administration systems/applications
• Maintain current knowledge and expertise of tools/systems that interact with reinsurance administration system
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of system changes/modifications
• Maintain professional relationship with reinsurers and system vendor
• Ensure adequate and effective controls exist and are consistently executed
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management on monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' industry experience
• Specific experience in reinsurance administration
• Strong knowledge of TAI
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Strong time-management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)

Location: West Chester, PA preferred , Open to Atlanta, GA, Minnepolis, MN or NYC as well. Also for the right candidate remote in EST or CST time zones with willingness to travel. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.

• West Chester, PA: $153,000 - $186,000
• Atlanta, GA and Minneapolis, MN: $146,000 - $179,000
• NYC: $157,000 - $192,000
