Line Cook
INTL Bar is a Fishtown nightlife bar and kitchen looking to add a sauté cook to the line. You'll work under Chef Josue Bovit-Robin in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen that values clean technique and a strong team.
Requirements
- 3+ years sauté experience
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Detail oriented
- Solid knife skills
- Clean and organized
- Comfortable setting up and breaking down the line
- Quick, efficient prep skills
- Maintains cleaning and professional standards
- Works well with others and contributes to a positive environment
- Open to training
