Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to manage website and social media content.
Support local community events and initiatives.
Help establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to offer suitable products and services.
Assist in the creation and management of a digital marketing system to promote the office.

Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty, and Life and Health licenses.
Sales experience (e.g., outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing) is a plus.
Marketing experience is preferred.
Strong presentation skills for potential customers.
Proficient in social media, website, and email content creation.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
