Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant - Cardiology

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Cardiology team. Work alongside other APPs and Cardiologists in our outpatient clinic. Monday-Friday schedule with 1:6 weekend rotation. No on-call!

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed (or eligible) as a Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
• Must have one year of experience as an NP or PA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Utilize EHR systems to document patient information and track treatment progress.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
