Inventory cost accounting, inventory management, and accounting operations are focus areas for our customers when implementing systems. Your experience gained in working at a distributor or manufacturer is valuable to us and will drive customer success in your role as an Implementation Consultant, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
As a Consultant, you will:
Take charge and lead customer meetings with confidence.
Meet or exceed individual and team revenue service goals, accomplishing tasks within budget and timeline.
Work both independently and collaboratively within project teams to meet customer-defined success criteria, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve quarterly milestones towards developing product and consulting expertise.
Implement the software to solve business problems, driving success in the full project lifecycle.
The successful candidate:
Has a Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Business preferred) and relevant experience in a related field.
Possesses strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities, using technology to solve business problems.
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Can adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Has strong skills in troubleshooting and dealing with software functionality issues.
Is willing to learn the software Cargas supports and the businesses Cargas works with.
Has broad business experience in cost accounting, inventory management, accounting operations, or manufacturing operations, leveraging this experience to guide customers on industry best practices.
Is passionate about customer satisfaction.
