What We're Looking For:

Requirements :

• Licensed DDS or DMD in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)

• Minimum 2 years of experience (preference for 3+ years or 1-year GPR + 2 years private practice)

• Someone who can perform All-on-4 Dentistry

• Strong communicator with a focus on patient retention and long-term relationships

• Proven monthly production of $80k–$100k+

• High level of clinical proficiency and commitment to continued growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, compassionate dental care across a range of procedures

• Efficiently manage time while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence

• Support practice growth by focusing on patient satisfaction and retention

• Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and patient experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• 30–33% of collections + bonus opportunities based on production
