About the Role

We’re seeking a Classification and Controls Supervisor to lead global trade compliance operations and manage SAP-GTS (Global Trade Services) processes at our global headquarters in Allentown, PA. This role ensures accurate classification of materials, reviews shipments for regulatory compliance, and oversees a team responsible for embargo, sanctioned party, and licensing checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise global team handling GTS/SPL blocks and Harmonized Tariff Number (HTN)/Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) classifications.
• Manage SAP-GTS workflows for export/import compliance.
• Classify materials and maintain ECCN and HTN codes.
• Review and clear blocked orders; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and compliance projects.
• Submit license applications and maintain regulatory records.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in SAP GTS and SAP ECC/HANA.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance; U.S. export/import regulation experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, related field, or certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Strategic mindset and ability to lead global teams.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
