• Shifts: 3 shifts/week, 12-hour day shifts (36 hours/week)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1930-$2030/week
• Start Date: April 5, 2026
• On-site: Yes – in-person ICU position

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Pennsylvania or multistate compact RN license)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU / critical care RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (valid and current)
• Strong clinical assessment, ventilator management, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient/family education abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU as an ICU nurse
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement critical care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs and drips, and operate advanced ICU equipment including ventilators
• Provide support and education to patients and families during critical care and transitions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards
