NOW HIRING: Skilled Welder Washington, PA Pay: $25$27/hr. (Based on Experience)Location: Washington, PASchedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a reputable manufacturing facility in Washington, PA, is looking for an experienced Welder to join the team! This hands-on role requires expertise in TIG and MIG welding on thin gauge (.12 - .16) steel. If youre detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities:Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all timesInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specsSet up and operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipmentInspect welds and finished products for quality and precisionOperate grinders, saws, and various fabrication toolsMaintain welding equipment and tools in working condition Requirements:2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication settingProficient in TIG and MIG welding; Stick welding a plusAbility to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawingsUnderstanding of various metals and thicknessesStrong math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)High School Diploma or GED required; welding certification preferredAble to work independently or collaboratively with a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethic
