Job Opportunity: Communication Project Manager Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid) Assignment Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension) Reason Position Is Open: Replace someone was promoted Compensation: Up to $50/hour Schedule: Standard business hours with semi-flexible start times (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM)

Role Overview As a Communication Project Manager within our Participant Operations team, you will be the driving force behind the creation and delivery of high-quality participant education projects. You will manage the end-to-end creative process, acting as the primary liaison between external clients and our internal design and writing teams. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing a project through from initial intake to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in project management or a related business field.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (additional years of experience considered in lieu of a degree).

• Core Skills:
  • Solid relationship management and communication skills.
    
    
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    
    
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to creative production processes.

Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including initial client intake, utilizing templates, and managing creative workflows.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal writers, designers, and business partners to coordinate schedules, determine capacity, and meet project milestones.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for external clients, managing expectations and negotiating mutually agreeable solutions for complex deliverables.

• Quality Control: Conduct final reviews of all materials before client delivery to ensure all edits are incorporated and quality standards are met.

• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve issues that may impact project completion or deadlines.
