We are looking for an experienced HR-Generalist to join a team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to essential human resources functions in a dynamic environment. The role requires someone with a strong background in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations, with potential for hybrid work arrangements after initial onsite training.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
• Manage benefit administration and support employees with inquiries regarding their benefits.
• Utilize HRIS systems, such as Workday, to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with management to address workforce planning needs and organizational development.
• Facilitate training sessions and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and effectively.
• Assist in the transition of leadership roles, ensuring smooth succession planning.
• Generate reports and analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements within all HR practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.• Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, to manage employee data effectively.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and benefit administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and management.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with training facilitation and employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for HR planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
