Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately take orders in-person and over the phone
- Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit/debit, mobile)
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations
- Ensure orders are entered correctly and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Keep the front counter and dining areas clean and organized
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Assist with packaging take-out orders
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Friendly attitude and a passion for great food and service
