Ideal Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience with elevated food & beverage service
• Ability to accurately describe dishes, ingredients, preparations, tasting notes, and allergens
• Strong understanding of food & beverage pairings, including spirits and wine; Mediterranean knowledge a plus
• Ability to confidently present and serve a bottle of wine
• Comfortable selling food and beverages in a hospitality-forward, polished manner
• Toast POS proficiency; inventory familiarity is a plus
• Ability to anticipate floor needs and proactively assist the team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry necessary items
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to schedule integrity
• Positive, resilient attitude despite industry challenges
• Demonstrated sales prowess
• Ability to memorize menu offerings and pass menu tests

Private Events & Elevated Service Opportunities

Neos Americana hosts a growing number of private events, tastings, and high-level gatherings—from corporate dinners to curated celebrations. Our servers play a critical role in ensuring these experiences feel seamless, intentional, and exceptionally polished.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of private events
• Deliver high-touch, personalized service to clients and VIP guests
• Adapt quickly to varied service styles (plated, coursed, family-style, tasting menus)
• Maintain a professional, poised presence during elevated experiences
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure flawless timing, communication, and guest care
