Tax Accountants / Tax Preparers / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Enrolled Agent (EA)

We are an established CPA firm located in Wayne, PA, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accountant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional who values collaboration, professional growth, and delivering exceptional client service in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual, nonprofit, and trust tax returns.
• Conduct tax planning and provide proactive tax compliance guidance to clients.
• Assist with tax notice resolution and other advisory projects as needed.
• Communicate directly with clients to answer questions, explain tax matters, and build long-term relationships.
• Stay current on federal and state tax law changes.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license or EA credential (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent tax preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of current tax law and tax software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, in-office position (Wayne, PA).
• Monday through Friday, with additional hours required during tax season.
