???? Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic advisor and full-cycle recruiting partner to the organization. This role goes beyond transactional recruiting, partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while supporting broader HR initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, employer branding, and enhancing the overall candidate and employee experience.
???? What You’ll Do???? Strategic Talent Partnership- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and long-term talent strategies
- Provide insights on labor trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop interview strategies and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the process
- Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (ADP/Indeed)
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
- Support reporting on hiring metrics and workforce analytics
- Support onboarding programs and new hire orientation
- Coordinate training materials and schedules
- Assist with tracking certifications and compliance training
- Promote a strong employer brand through communication and engagement
- Support onboarding initiatives that drive retention and employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (healthcare preferred)
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders across the business
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
