• Hourly rate: $28.00–$35.00
• Multiple shifts available
• Based in Irwin, PA

Your Impact

• Translate drawings and technical specs into efficient machining plans.
• Set up, operate, and refine CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, drills).
• Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot CNCs to meet exact dimensional targets.
• Manufacture metal and plastic components to blueprint standards.
• Audit part quality during and after runs; adjust tooling and parameters as required.
• Keep equipment clean and maintained to sustain peak performance.
• Collaborate with the team and supervisors to streamline production and meet deadlines.
• Champion safety and adhere to all company policies.

What It Takes

• Proven background as a machinist using CNC and conventional equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings with confidence.
• Experience in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and precision measurement tools.
• Advanced math skills for shop calculations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Physical stamina to lift materials and run equipment for extended periods.
• Strong communicator who works well within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational credentials are a plus.
