Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

- Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate with CNAs and other team members
- Record assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic charting system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and care plans

Requirements
- Active RN license (state not specified in this posting)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Graduated from an approved nursing program
- Strong communication skills and ability to document care clearly
- Comfortable working in an LTC/senior living environment
