Job Summary: Collect, organize and disseminate student attendance information in a manner that is professional, diplomatic and complies with confidentiality requirements.
Position Information:
- Part-Time, no benefits
- Range 09, Starting Salary $13.06
- 5 hours/day, 180 days/year
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Apple computers
- Typing and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of a school district Student Information System
- One year of experience as a Secretary
- Current PA Criminal History background check
- Current Federal Criminal background check
- Current Child Abuse background check
