Production Supervisor - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 80k/year - Carlisle, PA
- AllSearch Recruiting has a client looking for a Production Supervisor in Carlisle, PA. This client is a values-driven organization committed to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor oversees people, inventory, customer service, and operating costs to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable warehouse operations. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational performance, and financial results.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute customer contract requirements
- Plan and manage daily labor to support inbound and outbound activity
- Oversee equipment needs and supply ordering
- Ensure all paperwork and system entries are completed accurately and on time
- Daily entries completed by 9:00 AM the following day
- Billing period data completed by end of day
- Perform and document cycle counts as required
- Maintain accurate Daily Revenue P&L metrics
- Metrics current within 48 hours
- Implement corrective actions when performance falls below targets
- Escalate issues and seek leadership support as needed
Qualifications:
- The ability to motivate and drive a team to meet and exceed department and company goals
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS
- Understand and execute customer contract requirements
- Put the customer first and deliver on commitments
- Support continuous improvement
- Maintain a strong focus on employee and facility safety
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 70k - 80k/year range plus 10% bonus and full benefits
