Job Details:
- Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000
- $0.55 - $0.60 per mile
- Live stop pay: $42 per stop
- Drop/hook pay: $62
- Detention: $20 - $28 per hour (after one hour)
- Hazmat load: $40
- Driver load/unload: $45
- Driver assist: $25
- Yard checks: $20 per hour
- Refused delivery: $42
- Truck order not used: $35
- Crosstown, empty move or empty search: $25
- Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $20 per hour
- Safety training or roundtable meetings: $20 - $40 per hour
- Overweight rework: $20 per hour
- Reefer load: $40
- Empty move per load: $25
- Empty search per hour: $20
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
