Immediate Opening for Inside Sales Assistant

As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will help prepare accurate quotes, maintain CRM data quality, and coordinate inventory and shipments that keep customers delighted. What You’ll Do

• Deliver world-class customer-support to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate inventory, packing, shipping, and receiving (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Create accurate quotes and keep CRM records clean and current.
• Assist with trade show logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and focus on customer support.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP, and shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, KN).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• + year inside sales, customer service, logistics, or operations.
