Position Overview:
Provides support to clients by assisting with policies, claims, billing, and general insurance inquiries. Focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring policyholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, claims, and billing
- Update client information and maintain accurate records
- Provide timely and professional service
- Support sales team with client communications
- Assist with renewals, endorsements, and transfers
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities
