  • Install framing for walls, ceilings, soffits, and openings in line with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Assist with hanging drywall and related preparation work depending on project scope.
  • Coordinate with other trades on site to ensure proper layout, sequencing of work, and overall jobsite efficiency.
  • Safely operate common hand and power tools required for carpentry and construction tasks.
  • Work on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding when required to complete elevated or hard-to-reach work areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with jobsite safety standards.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance, follow instructions from leads or foremen, and contribute consistently to project timelines.

  • Strong measurement skills and the ability to measure and cut materials accurately.
  • Working knowledge of common carpentry materials, including lumber, plywood, metal studs, and track.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding when required.
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or under direction from a lead or foreman.
  • Capability to safely use common hand and power tools used in carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial projects such as fit-outs, office spaces, warehouses, or multi-family buildings.
  • Experience with residential projects including single-family homes, townhomes, renovations, and cabinetry.
  • Experience in framing, drywall installation, and preparation.
  • Demonstrated skill in finish carpentry, including detailed trim and hardware installation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other trades on active construction sites.

Why Work Here?

You will join a construction organization that combines the close-knit, family-style atmosphere of a smaller company with the stability and resources of a larger group of businesses. The structure of multiple divisions and specialties provides steady work opportunities and exposure to a wide range of project types. Team members benefit from a supportive environment where craftsmanship is valued, collaboration is encouraged, and there is ongoing demand for skilled professionals.
