Landscape Specialist

We are Naturescapes, a firmly rooted business serving our community for over 30 years. We design and install naturalistic, low‐maintenance gardens where people and nature commune. We’re looking to add a new member to our team. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, bring a positive attitude, and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality work. Applicants with landscaping and hardscaping experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have the following ability/experience:
- Independent thinker with a team-oriented attitude
- Safe operation of large vehicles including dump truck and truck and trailer combinations; skid-steer experience preferred
- Safe handling and effective use of hand and power tools
- Experience constructing dry-laid walkways and patios preferred
- Basic plant identification and knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. from ground to waist height
Compensation is based on knowledge, training, and experience.
Team members are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
Uniform items are provided by the employer.
