Product Manager

Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC seeks a Product Manager (Ambler, PA) to champion and reinforce the product and initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap within the Innovation Technology business. Establish and properly define MBIs that deliver meaningful increments of value based on the roadmap. Track and communicate progress against OKRs and engage in creating business cases for new products and ideas. Communicate and facilitate required interactions with key stakeholders and team members. Connect stakeholders’ interests to client goals to influence and negotiate to align expectations and arrive at a mutually beneficial plan. Responsible for non-technical features and prioritization sequence and communication of the same to everyone involved in the SDLC. Define the scope of product architecture (e.g. OmniView integration is required, SSO needs), product performance, scalability, security based on market needs. Identify user groups and establish feedback loops and seek clarity from relevant stakeholders as required. Utilize tools and mechanisms to gather and analyze product performance data in terms of user engagement, user interest, product popularity and user satisfaction to assist in determining features to be enhanced. Provide product demos to prospective clients, educate and provide training to users on the benefits of the product, and how to engage with the product to achieve those benefits, and assess user interface design for impact on product Roadmap initiatives. Lead teams and provide guidance to identify product common usability issues and assign severity, assist in campaign and strategy on go-to-market, prepare training materials and provide training and onboarding. Prepare release notes. Integrate various inputs, decision criteria, and trade-offs to make effective decisions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or closely related field. Must have:

(5) years translating technical requirements into business terms effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
(5) years developing product demos, creating training materials, and educating users on product benefits and usage.
(5) years using Agile methodology
(5) years defining the scope of product architecture, product performance, scalability, and security based on market needs.
(3) years defining and delivering Minimum Business Increments (MBIs) that provide incremental business value, while identifying and communicating risks around requirements.
(3) years identifying usability issues, gathering user feedback, and incorporating it into product improvements.
(3) years of experience in one of the following: property valuation, market analysis, financial modeling, investment strategies, or client relation management.
(2) years preparing release notes and managing product updates.
Required to be in the office 2 days per week, 3 days per week are remote. Must live within commuting distance to Ambler, PA.
