What You'll Do
As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you'll help customers protect and restore their homes and businesses through professional cleaning and restoration services. Responsibilities include:
- Carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and floor cleaning
- Water damage mitigation and structural drying
- Mold remediation assistance
- Odor removal services
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving larger vehicles, including a Ram ProMaster
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Customer-focused with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1+ year of experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales and customer service.
- Comfortable educating customers on available services and identifying additional opportunities to help meet their needs
- IICRC Certifications are a plus
