What You'll Do

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you'll be responsible for professionally installing bath and shower remodeling products in customers' homes while ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems using carpentry and remodeling skills
• Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required job documentation and submit project photos
• Load, organize, and maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience
• Experience installing bathrooms, kitchens, or similar home improvement products preferred
• Ability to accurately measure and use hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
