Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 2 weeks.

- PAY: $18.00 - $22.00/HR

What we are hoping for:
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 1+ years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPO Certification preferred
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
