Warehouse Supervisor (Quality & Operations)

Location: Bernville, PA 19506

Job Type: Onsite

Hours: +40hrs / week

Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire

Contract Duration: 12 - 18 months

Employment Type: W2 not open to C2C, 1099, or work visa sponsorship

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr. - $27.75/hr.

Available Shifts

1. 2nd Shift Quality Supervisor - $27.50/hr.
   • Monday–Friday
   • 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
2. Weekend Quality Supervisor - $27.75/hr.
   • Saturday–Tuesday
   • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisors to support Quality and Operations teams within a high-volume distribution environment. These contract-to-hire leadership positions will be responsible for directing warehouse associates, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead from the floor rather than simply oversee from the sidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates and daily operational activities
• Conduct roll calls and verify employee attendance
• Cross-train team members across multiple functions
• Monitor quality standards and operational accuracy
• Conduct employee training and coaching
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures
• Support productivity goals and workflow management
• Investigate and resolve operational issues
• Utilize Excel and warehouse systems to support reporting and operations
• Lead by example while maintaining accountability and engagement on the floor

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory, lead, or group leader experience
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work flexible schedules and mandatory overtime
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Quality or Operations leadership experience
• Distribution, fulfillment, or logistics industry background
